About

Vepact Ltd

Vepact is a United Kingdom-incorporated platform for cross-border B2B trade. It reduces transaction risk by requiring independent verification at each contractually-agreed stage, and by using a licensed custodian to hold and release funds—Vepact itself never holds customer funds.

Scope

What Vepact does

A verification and orchestration platform. Not a bank, insurer, factor, or trade finance provider.

Vepact operates a verification and orchestration platform for cross-border B2B trade. Buyers and Sellers transact under structured, contractually-defined states. Independent inspectors verify goods. Licensed independent custodians hold and release funds.

Vepact does not hold customer funds. Vepact does not act as a bank, insurer, factor, or trade finance provider. Vepact operates outside the regulated boundary of holding client money by design.

Vepact is not an escrow service. Vepact is a verification and coordination platform. Funds are held and released by an independent, licensed custodian under a separate commercial arrangement between the parties and the custodian. Vepact provides instructions and coordination; the custodian is responsible for the regulated handling of funds. This structural separation is deliberate and permanent.
